Hard limit is ignored

Hard limit of memory and diskspace is set to soft limit, so soft limit parameter is completely ignored.

vzlimit simplifies the resource management of the virtualization system 'OpenVZ' a lot. It allows to list all the configured limits as well as changing them in human readable/writable units.
